It has been a rocky stretch. I have eaten too much and not made it to the gym. Day 14 (Sunday, September 18) and Day 15 (Sunday, September 19) were significant failures. Life has become overly busy which serves as an excuse.

Day 16 was a day to begin clawing my way back:

A Beginning

In a somewhat self-centered way, well a totally self-centered way, this serves as a place to record my efforts at self-care. Efforts have been made before and fallen short - quite short. But unless the effort is resumed, nothing will change and much needs to change. So it begins again. This beginning includes this record as a way of providing motivation and letting a support community, a community of accountability, know what is happening.

See you along the Trail.
